• April 25, 2022 — it is required to register on the conference website , indicating the authors and title of the paper and attach the paper and a scanned report of an expert opinion on the possibility of publishing the manuscript in the open press (except section 10).
• May 1, 2022 — after receiving information about the inclusion of the report in the conference program, pay the registration fee and send to the conference’s email address (radioconf@sfu-kras.ru ) a scan of the registration fee receipt.
• May 10, 2022 — it is required to send the hard copy of the paper (1 copy) signed by the author (authors) and the original expert report to the address of the Organizing Committee (660074, Krasnoyarsk, Kirensky st., 28, B4-17, SPR conference).
• May, 11-14, 2022 — Conference working days.

Guidelines for papers preparation for publication in the Proceedings of the conference

Article Template: download

Page limit — 3–5 (preferably full) pages of the A4 format. Margins: right and left — 2,5 cm, top and bottom — 2,8 cm. The text has to be written in Russian (except section 10).

Formatting of the papers. Before the main text the title of the manuscript should be placed (12-point Times New Roman font, CAPITAL, bold), below, in the center — the initials and the surname of the author (authors) should be provided; further in the center — the name and the address of the organization (9-point font, italics), E-mail. Below, in a line, a short summary of 3-7 lines is given (9-point font). Further, skipping the line follows the main body of the paper. At the end of the text skipping the line the reference list can be provided. Example of the paper formatting is given below.

The text, formulas and tables have to be prepared in MS Office 2007; 12-point Times New Roman font, para-graph spacing — 1 cm; single spaced, regular interalphabetic interval.

Drawings can be presented in the text in the MS Word format. For the drawings introduced in the text it is recommended to use the png, bmp, wmf, jpg, gif or vsd formats. Text wrapping is not allowed. Application of the active introduced objects from MathCAD, Excel etc. is not allowed. 10-point font should be used for captions. Formulas have to be prepared in the Microsoft Equation Editor. Tables have to be consistently numbered. References should be specified in square brackets, references to formulas — in parentheses.

Papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee, for the technical merit and content. Only original, unpublished contributions will be considered for the inclusion to the Program and the Proceedings of a conference.

It is recommended: the number of authors for one article should not exceed five.

The Program Committee reserves the right to refuse publication of the materials which are submitted with violation of requirements, delivery terms or don’t correspond with the scope of a conference.

As a result of the conference, it is planned to publish the works of the conference in the form of an electronic collection. The collection of works is assigned to ISBN. The collection of works will be registered in the scientific database of the RISC. At the end of the conference, the collection will be electronically available on the Institute of Engineering Physics and Radioelectronics website in open access (Archive of the conference ).
